Featuring an incredible collection of exotic animals and hands-on experiences, the foundation creates unforgettable moments of connection, curiosity, and healing — all in a safe, peaceful environment designed just for them
What To Expect

From gentle snuggles to up-close encounters, each visit is designed to spark curiosity, comfort, and joy. Every child also receives a personalized gift and a handwritten letter of encouragement — a keepsake to remind them that they are seen, supported, and stronger than they know.

The Uncle Slinky Foundation is home to a diverse collection of exotic animals, including both rescues and carefully purchased companions. Each animal is cared for with intention, respect, and love — ensuring they enjoy a safe, enriched, and healthy life while helping bring joy and comfort to the children who visit
Bennett's wallaby
Gentle, curious, and endlessly charming, these “mini kangaroos” love greeting visitors and showing off their playful hops. They’re a favorite among our guests and make every visit memorable.

Lemurs
Momo, our ruffed lemur, is a fluffy acrobat with big curious eyes and a dramatic black-and-white coat, while Babadoosh, our ring-tailed lemur, steals the show with his striped tail and mischievous personality. Together, they bring energy, charm, and plenty of laughs to every visit.
Fennec Foxes
Punchy, Zoom, and Dash are our trio of fennec fox personalities — tiny desert foxes with oversized ears and even bigger attitudes. Lightning-fast, endlessly curious, and surprisingly cuddly, this little team loves to explore, play, and peek out from behind their hides to say hello. Their goofy charm and expressive faces make them instant favorites.
African Crested Porcupines
Spooky (our albino beauty) and Pineleope (her classic crested counterpart) are the Uncle Slinky Foundation’s African Crested Porcupine duo. Despite their dramatic quills, they’re gentle, curious, and total softies at heart — especially when it comes to belly rubs, which they absolutely adore. Their sweet personalities and surprising affection make them unforgettable to meet.
